Today, I lead Audience Insights & Research at Axios – building a dynamic insights engine that powers editorial, growth, product, marketing and revenue.

Currently: Director, Audience Insights & Research at Axios, where I founded the org's first audience intelligence practice. Previously at The Washington Post (built its first audience research and strategy focus) and NPR (research and product strategy for mobile and emerging platforms across 2.5M users).

I’m also a speaker, mentor and unapologetic hype-person for women in media and tech.

  • Built Axios' first segmentation system and market typing model across 34 cities, directly informing revenue strategy that surpassed its 2025 goal

  • Architected AI-powered intelligence system for Axios C-Suite newsletter – 4,200+ verified C-suite subscribers, 62.9% open rate within weeks of launch

  • Led brand perception and value proposition research at The Washington Post, including logo recognition studies informing The Post's positioning strategy

  • Drove Washington Post Style relaunch reaching 7M readers in one week; Newsprint product won Webby Award with 5x CTR lift

  • Led rebrand at LAist – typography, color system, brand guide and visual identity across all platforms
